 The
Community Westridge is a much sought after and popular
community for holiday makers. It is located just off Highway
27 in between Interstate 4 and the 192, which is one of the
main areas for shopping and attractions. It is only 12 minutes
from Walt Disney World and close to other major attractions
such as Universal Studios, Sea World etc. Supermarkets,
restaurants and take aways are all within a few minutes drive.
Westridge itself has a recreational area where you can enjoy
tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball. There is also a
children's playground, swimming pool, barbecue and picnic
area. There are several excellent golf courses within easy
reach.
 For
your entertainment there is a cable TV, VCR and CD Hi-Fi.
There are also supplied a small number of CD's and video films
for your enjoyment, and especially for the children (young and
old) a Playstation with games. The house is fully air
conditioned and ceiling fans have been fitted in the living
room and master bedroom for additional comfort.
There is a formal dining area with seating for 6 people and
also a breakfast nook with a dining table and chairs to seat

At
the rear of the house there is a fully screened swimming pool
with plenty of decking for sunbathing. The pool faces south
allowing you to make the most of the Florida sunshine
throughout the year but also has a shaded lanai area for the
times when you need a break from the sun. There are luxurious
padded patio chairs and reclining sun loungers. Thought has
been given about the children and provided are two child size
chairs as well. When the sun goes down outdoor and underwater
lighting allows you to continue enjoying the pool and patio
area.
 If
required, the pool can be heated for an additional charge,
although heating is normally only needed between October to
late April/early May.

A non refundable initial payment of 100 pounds per week is
required to make a booking, with the balance due 12 weeks
before arrival. A booking cannot be confirmed until the
deposit has been paid. A 150 pounds refundable security
deposit is required with the balance. This security deposit is
refundable after your stay provided there are no
breakages/damages
