Situated at The Manors at Westridge, a private gated community, with security code access, our vacation home is a four bedroom, three bathroom, fully air-conditioned, detached home with its own heated screened swimming pool. Being on the western side of Kissimmee, it is only 15 minutes west of the Disney and Epcot attractions, 45 minutes from Orlando International airport, 1 hour from the Gulf beaches, 11/2 hours from Kennedy Space Center and 2 minutes from the nearest and 6 minutes from an abundance of supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

A new shopping center, opened 10th July 003, is 2 minutes away. A Publix supermarket is the first of many new stores to be opened on the 438,000 sq ft site.

In between The Manors and the new shopping center is one of the many conservation areas and orange groves. A golf course, at Highlands Reserve, only 2 minutes away,

The accommodation offers spacious living for smaller families with two living areas, each with its own Cable TV. Also ideal for two families, each with children or a family with grandparents. You could even take your mother-in-law, we did! See the photographs.

An Internet Personal Computer has been installed. This allow guests to access web pages and their email. This is ideal for find the latest information from the Orlando Attraction websites. This has proved to be very popular with guests.

Included are a children's crib and high chair, bathroom scales and a hair drier. A safe for personal items, smoke and pool access alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid box and emergency lighting are installed. Three Cable televisions are provided, one in the Family room, one in the Living room and one in the Master bedroom. Also included is a Video Cassette Recorder, with a small selection of tapes and a Stereo System. The accommodation consists of:

• A family room 13' x 15', 27" cable TV, VCR and Stereo, ceiling fan, with access to the screened pool/patio area.

• A living area consisting of a living room 13'x13', which includes a queen size sleeper sofa for 2, 25" Cable TV, and the dining room 15'x10'.
  The nook, a small dining area. 9'x7'.

• A fully fitted kitchen 12'x10', which comes complete with a full range of worktops and kitchen units, a wide range cooker, microwave oven, dish washer, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, toaster and all cutlery, crockery and pots and pans for 12 places. An automatic washing machine and tumble dryer are installed in the garage utility area.

• The master bedroom #1 12'x15', with access to the screened pool/patio, King size bed, 19" Cable TV, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom, which has his and hers wash basins, a corner bath, large shower cubicle and a walk in closet.

• Bedroom #2, with Queen size bed 10'x11' with an en suite bathroom.

• Twin Bedroom #3 10'x10'

• Twin Bedroom #4 10'x10', Decorated in a Disney theme.

• A double garage

• The fully screened heated private swimming pool 26'x13' and patio area furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs is accessed either from the main family room or from the master bedroom, ideal for jumping straight out of bed and into the pool!
   

The Telephone, allows unlimited FREE calls. These are not just local calls, but long distance and international calls. The only limitations are that each call will not last longer than two hours and some countries are not included (please email me for a full list or participating countries). So you don't have to go out and buy a phone card or use a credit card, when you arrive at the villa, just lift the phone and dial home.
