Lindfields is a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful
lakes and woodland but is close to attractions and amenities.

AND PATIO
The pool is 25' X 10’ south facing and is enclosed with a
mesh screen. (To keep the bug’s out) It is well equipped with
pool furniture and inflatable toys. All doors leading to the
pool area have alarms to assist with the safety of children.
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY ROOM
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave,
dishwasher and everything to make it home from home There is a
separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and
ironing board, this leads into a double garage.
 LIVING
AND DINING AREA
The living area is comfortably furnished and has TV, VCR,
and CD/radio player. It is well stocked with books and games
for all the family. The dining area has a table that will seat
six and a breakfast area for four.
 BEDROOM
& BATHROOMS
There are two double and one twin bedroom, which is themed
as Winnie the Pooh for the younger guests. One of the
bathrooms is en-suit with a garden bath, shower and hairdryer.
The other bathroom has a Winnie the Pooh theme. There are also
available two roll-away beds and the use of cot (crib) & high
chair for our younger guests.
 Included
in rental is all linen and towels, use of Cable TV, electric
(except heating of pool), telephone (local calls are free),
servicing of villa between holidays, local Management Company
support.

Deposit / Security Deposit
A deposit of £100 per week is required with the completed
booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be made
within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is
confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be
deducted from the full rental amount due. With the final
balance we require the sum of £100.00 This represents a
security deposit and will be refunded 30 days after your
vacation pending a satisfactory inspection.
