The villa which was completed at the end of August 1999 is situated on the new Lake Berkley Resort which is on the highway 192 just behind Medieval Times. This site was chosen because it is a superb location being only minutes away from all major attractions.

The villa is supported by an enthusiastic and friendly local management team who actually live within walking distance of the villa. They are there to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. They can assist you with any special arrangements you may need including welcome food hampers and transportation to and from the airport should you not wish to hire a car immediately

There is a house keeping service between lets, however additional cleaning can be arranged during lets, the cost of which will depend on the frequency of cleaning.

The interior of the villa is made up of 2 levels, ground floor comprising the main living area and bedrooms, the upstairs comprising additional bedrooms and bathroom, whilst the exterior of the villa has large gardens laid to lawn with numerous palm shrubs which are automatically irrigated nightly. To the rear of the property is a large swimming pool and hot tub spa whilst attached to the side of the building is a large private garage suitable for garaging 2 vehicles.

Orlando is renowned as the entertainment capital of the world combining numerous attractions with beautiful year round weather. Without doubt the most famous of them all is Walt Disney World, divided into numerous theme parks which includes the legendary Magic Kingdom the home of Mickey Mouse, Epcot where the future meets the present, MGM with the Tower of terror and a drop that will leave you wanting more and the recently opened animal Kingdom where Disney brings you closer to nature and talking of nature why not visit Seaworld the home of the 5 ton 25 foot Killer Whale Shamu.

At the top of International Drive Universal Studios takes you inside the movies with rides that will leave you gasping for breath and which now offers you more with the newly opened attractions The Islands Of Adventure.

If you enjoy shopping in Orlando you will think you are in heaven with something to suit everyone. At the north end of International Drive you will find the Belz Factory Outlet World a shoppers paradise, and a bit closer to home on the Corner of Sand Lake Road (SR 482) and 441 (S. Orange Blossom Trail) lies the Florida Mall with its many famous branded shops.

Whatever your taste in food Orlando will have something to suit everyone's Palette and budget.
