The villa is situated on the Vale do Lobo complex, just 50 metres from the beach, access to which is from the back gate. Within the complex there are 2 championship golf courses, a tennis centre and Barringtons leisure complex. The villa is a stone's throw from the Praca, which is the main area that houses restaurants and shops and is a popular place to spend the evening.

2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower facilities.
An annex building contains a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower. From 2003 the annex at the front of the villa is being joined to the main villa with another bedroom bringing the total to four.
All bedrooms and the lounge are fitted with air-conditioning units which double as heaters in the winter.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob.
Spacious lounge with marble flooring, sofas and tables. Sliding doors to patio and gardens.

Dining area with sliding doors to enclosed patio with table and chairs and access to roof terrace via staircase.

PRICES PER WEEK 2006 (IN UK POUNDS):

CHANGEOVER DAY: Normally Thursday for mid and high season.
BOOKING NOTES: A breakage and telephone deposit is payable to protect against possible damage and telephone charges at the villa. A holding deposit of £150 will be added to the balance of your villa payment. This will be returned to you within 28 days of your return to the UK, less any breakage or telephone charges.
