This luxury two bedroom villa is set in the grounds of our country home, with its own private entrance, parking space, roof terrace, patios and garden. The garden contains a swimming pool and large heated spa pool for the sole use of the villa guests. There are beautiful views from all areas of the villa, terraces and garden.

Please note there is no smoking allowed in any of the villa, garden or terrace areas due to the villa being situated in Spain's protected Cork Oak woods. For the same reason no coal barbecues are allowed, a gas barbecue is provided.
The villa is available for rentals from one week to four months and is open all year round.

Garden
A separate private entrance leads from the road into the grounds of the two bedroom villa. The sunny garden and patio areas contain colourful plants and flowers under the established Cork Oak trees that provide partial shade from the Andalucian sunshine. There is a gas BBQ, ample garden furniture, swimming pool and a 2 metre square heated Jacuzzi in the gardens. There are beautiful views across the valley from the gardens, which also overlook our private woodland.

Roof Terrace
From the garden area, via an iron spiral staircase, the roof terrace can be reached. This 50m² terrace can be used as a sunbathing terrace or as a place to sit in the evenings and take in the beautiful views across to Alhaurin El Grande.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen contains gas cooker with oven, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Washing machine is also available.

Lounge
The air conditioned and heated lounge area has two 3 seater sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, coffee table, satellite TV and CD radio player. There is a large dining table and 6 chairs. Double opening patio doors lead from this room directly onto the terracing, garden area and Jacuzzi.
 

Bedroom 1
This double bedded room, with ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating, has ample wardrobe space, bedside tables with lamps and dressing table with hairdryer. An additional Z-bed or cot can be provided if necessary.
 

Bedroom 2
The twin bedded room has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating. There is ample wardrobe space, bedside table with lamps and dressing table. The twin beds can be converted into a double bed if required.

Costs per week in UK Pounds Sterling 2008

Additional guests, maximum of 2, are 50 Euros per person per week.
Midweek bookings (not available in high season*) have an additional charge of 75 Euros per week.

Full size cot is available for hire at 15 Euros per week.
100 Euros deposit per week payable on booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit of 50 Euros per person is required with the balance.
