Living space on one level whilst a large roof terrace offers sea views. 4 spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds - with space for a small extra bed or cot for younger children. Two bathrooms (one full and one with shower only) and a guest toilet. Fully fitted compact kitchen & walk-in storeroom, large living/dining room that can be opened up completely onto a large terrace & pool area. The garden goes all around the villa with ample off street parking – all this is inside electrically controlled gates. The pool, patio & garden can be fully illuminated at night.

There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and gas hot water & central heating. The pool can be heated – if necessary (at an extra cost) and there is a table tennis table, an outside shower, BBQ, plenty of garden furniture and satellite TV with BBC & Sky news etc.
