Biarritz Golf is a beautifully appointed house located approximately 5 miles west of Marbella, half a mile west of San Pedro and a 40 minute drive from Malaga Airport. Estepona is 10 minutes west of the property where there are lots of shops, restaurants and a very attractive beach front.

The property accommodates a party of up to 10 in three bedrooms. It has its own private courtyard to the front with a garden to the back as well as large communal gardens with swimming pool.

The property has its own hard standing for two cars in a tiled courtyard to the front of the property. From the lounge at the rear of the property there are large patio doors leading onto a tiled balcony with steps down to the garden with views of Marbella and the sea. There is a table and chairs for eight people on the patio.

The garden at the rear is enclosed and can only be accessed through the property. There is a large communal pool set in well-appointed gardens. The pool is accessed a few doors along from the property down some steps.  There is a volleyball net, basketball hoop and goal posts with plenty of space for children to play and enjoy themselves.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, freezer, fridge, washing machine, microwave and cooker.

The lounge/dining room is split-level with marble floors. There is a dining table with eight place settings. The sitting room has two sofas, fireplace and patio doors leading to the balcony and garden.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom with double bed has en suite bath and shower, which is fully tiled in marble. This bedroom enjoys fantastic views from the balcony towards the mountains and the sea.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom also has en suite bathroom, which is fully tiled in marble. There are two single beds and a child’s z-bed. The bedroom has views towards the mountains.

Family bedroom/playroom

There are stairs leading from the sitting room down to a very large third family bedroom/playroom (70square metres). There are three single beds, a double sofa bed and fold away table tennis table.  From this room there is a large walk-in dressing room with fitted wardrobes. There is a shower room, toilet and hand wash basin.

The surrounding area

San Pedro is a walk away or short drive with shops restaurants bars and beach.

The Diana Commercial Centre is a short walk away with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants bars and the Hotel Diana Park. Marbella is approximately 10 minutes by car.  This is a large cosmopolitan town with lots of restaurants and shops.  Puerto Banus is about 5 minutes away in the car.  This is a bustling port with many restaurants and nearby bullring.

Restaurants and entertainment

There are many lovely restaurants in the area. The nearest restaurant is only a few hundred yards from the property. This is a gourmet restaurant and in the warm evenings you can sit outside, the food is excellent and you are greeted with a glass of bubbly! There are other restaurants at the Diana Park Commercial Centre and also towards San Pedro. There is a MacDonalds restaurant within a 10 minute walking distance.

At MacCauley’s Bar, a very short drive or a ten minute walk from the property there is live entertainment and satellite television, popular with ex-pats, tourists and football fans alike!

Generally rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday 11.00am however where possible special requests as to arrival and departure time are catered for.
Price includes cleaning at the beginning and end of the stay and bed linen. If you require extra maid service this can be arranged at 10 euros per hour.
A £200 booking deposit per week booked is required to secure your booking with the balance of the holiday cost being paid within 10 weeks of departure.
A separate deposit of £250 payable upon payment of the balance of the holiday against damage is required and will be returned within 14 – 21 days of your departure from the property.

A returnable deposit of £250 is required which is normally returned within 2 weeks after your departure from the villa.

Prices include linen and cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay but not towels. Should extra maid service be required, this can be arranged at a cost of 2,500 Pts per hour (roughly £10)
