Low Season : £2,400
Mid Season, Easter and Christmas : £3,400
July and August: £4,200

A damages deposit of £500 is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 - 10 days of your departure from the villa, after taking into account any breakages or damage.

NB - Electricity: An amount of Euros 30 (approximately £20) per week is included in the above prices. Extra usage is to be paid for, in local currency, upon departure from the villa however, this should be more than enough for normal usage.
