This villa accommodates 14 persons in Spain, on the Costa del Sol in the area of Marbella-San Pedro de Alcántara. The villa (400 square metres) is constructed on a plot of land of 700 square metres. Situated only 5 minutes from the famous Puerto Banús marina and 2 minutes walk from the beach.

The villa is situated in a Residential area at the end of a lovely avenue with gardens and fountains only two minutes walk from the beach and nearby all the golf courses by which we are surrounded, stated bellow.

THE VILLA:
The villa is able to accommodate 14 persons. It offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, guest toilet, kitchen, lounge and dinning area, all set out on three levels with a large range of facilities. It also offers a garage although you are able to park on the outside street of the house, since as stated it is a quiet and residential area.

ENTRANCE:
Access to the villa is through a passage leading to a covered area which gives way to the inside of the villa and communicates with the garden, pool and BBQ area.

POOL, GARDEN & BBQ AREA:

From the covered entrance, there is access to the garden area with a pool of 6´5 x 4 metres with independent outside shower. The garden area has 10 sun beds in which clients can enjoy a relaxing morning or afternoon.

The garden area also offers a covered porch, with two tables, chairs and surrounded by a sitting brick built area, next to the BBQ with sink.

GROUND FLOOR

LIVING ROOM & DINNING AREA:

Entering the villa and on the ground floor, there is the dinning area with a round table, suitable for six persons and lounge with chimney, separating both areas by four comfortable sofas. The main lounge offers a 28” TV and DVD player.

KITCHEN & GUEST TOILET:

Under the stair case in the entrance there is a guest toilet and on the right hand side the main kitchen, which also offers a dinning area accommodating 6 persons. The kitchen if fully equipped with deep-fat fryer, glass top hob and oven. Also available are microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee machine and other small electric appliances to make guests feel more at home.

GROUND FLOOR MAIN BEDROOM:

Next to the kitchen and also on the ground floor are one of the double rooms of the house, with fitted wardrobe, decorated with wooden bedside tables, iron headboard and lace curtains. This double room enjoys an en-suite bathroom.

THE APARTMENT:

Also on the ground floor of the villa and next to the main kitchen is an apartment. Although it is fully incorporated to the villa, it is able to be closed of if required and therefore separated from the house, since it enjoys an independent street entrance if needed. This attached apartment offers, a small living and dinning area to accommodate 4 persons, as well as a small fully equipped kitchen.

THE BEDROOMS OF THE APARTMENT:

This apartment, offers two bedrooms, a double room and another bedroom with twin beds from which there is access to a small private patio with a table and 4 chairs. Both rooms offer fitted wardrobes and are separated by a bathroom with is shared by both the rooms.


FIRST FLOOR:

On the 1st floor of the house are three en-suite bedrooms.

The 1st Bedroom, offers; double bed, dressing room and shower room. The bedroom has big windows facing south and overlooking the entrance of the house.
From this room there is access to the terrace from which there are views of the mountain.

The 2nd bedroom offers; twin beds, fitted wardrobe and shower room. This bedroom has two big windows heading East and North, overlooking the swimming pool.

The 3rd bedroom offers; a double bed, dressing room and shower room. From this bedroom there is access the terrace with mountain views.


1st FLOOR TERRACE:

The 1st floor terrace offers views of the mountain, as well as a view of two of the above rooms, which have access to the mentioned terrace.

From this terrace there is also access the spiral staircase to the third level of the villa.

THIRD LEVEL OF VILLA:

On the terrace of the 1st floor are the stairs which access the third level of the villa. At the top of the stairs is a big terrace with lovely views and on which the 7th bedroom of the villa is situated.

The 7th Bedroom offers; twin beds and wardrobe, as well as windows with views to the North, South, East and West. The views from here are exceptional, from both the inside of the room and the terrace and from which there is also a general view of the garden area of the villa.
