A relaxing house, situated on the “Costa del Sol” (Málaga), situated in the entrance of Marbella at 1´5 km from the beach (3 minutes by car), the house offers 150m2 constructed, distributed in 2 floors on a plot of land of 300m2.

The house offers accommodation for 8 persons, distributed in a total of 4 bedrooms, of which you can find 3 of the on the 1st floor and 1 of them on the ground floor. It also offers 3 bathrooms, of which 1 of them is en-suite. The house offers marble floor throughout the house and in the outside we offer 2 separate areas with tables and chairs and private swimming pool. On street level, you can find the garage and a stairs that lead you to the one of the exterior terraces of the house, the swimming pool and terrace and entrance of the house.

As you enter the house, you can find the Hall, from which you may Access the lounge and dining area, kitchen and the ground floor bedroom and bathroom.

LOUNGE:

In the spacious lounge, you may find the sitting area in front of the chimney, offering plasma TV, DVD and Music Set. The lounge also offers air conditioning for hot and cold air.

DINING AREA:

In the lounge, you will find the dining area, offering a round table, chairs and a large cupboard, in which all dining accessories are offered.

The lounge and dining area lead to one of the terraces offered at this house which a large cover for those whom do not wish to eat under the sun. With 6 persons chairs.

From the entrance of the villa you also access the kitchen.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen offers glass hob top (4 rings), microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and small electrical appliances to make your stay more comfortable.

From the kitchen you may directly access the outside terrace where you can find the BBQ and washing-machine and cupboards.

BEDROOM ON GROUND FLOOR:

Next to the kitchen, you may find the ground floor bedroom, which offers, twin beds, bed side table and wardrobe. The window leads to your main terrace.

Next to this bedroom you can find the shower room offering, shower, washing basing and toilet.

From the Hall you can find the stairs which lead to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor you can find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

BEDROOM WITH TWIN BEDS ON 1ST FLOOR:

The second bedroom of the house, is on the first floor, it offers, twin beds size 1`05 x 1`90 for which they are bigger that the normal single bed. The bedroom also offers its own wardrobe and the window, equally leads to your private terrace of the house.

DOUBLE BEDROOM ON 1ST FLOOR:

The third bedroom of the house offers, a Double bed (1´35 x 2´00 cm), it also offers large fitted wardrobe and a French window with small balcony with views over the main terrace of the house and swimming pool area.

SHARED BATHROOM:

These 2 bedroom mentioned share a bathroom which offers, washing basin, toilet, bidet and a bath size 180cm. We have inserted a security glass in the bath area in order to be able to use the same as a shower if you wished.

QUEEN SIZE OR TWIN BEDROOM ON 1ST FLOOR:

The fourth bedroom of the house and which we consider is the Master Bedroom as it offers a large Queen size bed (1´80 x 2´00cm) which can be divided to offer you twin beds. This bedroom offers, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning hot and cold air and its private en-suite bathroom. It also offers its private balcony with sea views.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM TO MASTER BEDROOM:

The en-suite bathroom of the Master Bedroom, offers a large round corner Jacuzzi-bath, independent shower unit, marble top with 2 washing basins and toilet.

MAIN TERRACE

The Main Terrace of the house, offers a swimming pool, sized 6 x 4 meters, independent outdoor shower and large teak table with 8 chairs, situated under a parasol of the length of the table.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICES ARE :

• The villa is given to you clean and ready for use.
• Sheets and towels and a change of the same is provided once a week, which takes place on Saturdays.
• Swimming pool towels and change of the same once a week (Saturdays).
