There is a
surcharge of 5% for groups of 13 and over. A damages deposit
of £ 500 is taken and refunded after your return, normally
within 7 - 10 days of your departure from the villa, after
taking into account any breakages or damage.
NB - Electricity: An amount of Euros 30 (approximately £20)
per week is included in the above prices. Extra usage is to
be paid for, in local currency, upon departure from the
villa. However, this should be more than enough for normal
usage.
Our changeover day is Saturday. If bookings are taken from
any other day a 10% surcharge may be made.
