Large terrace area, overlooking gardens & pool, faces directly south & onto the beach. The area of Los Monteros is an exclusive residential area of value & reputation. The complex is next to (with access) Rio Real Golf course. Santa Clara & Marbella Golf are also just across the main N340 road.

The complex is 4 km to Marbella town - close to a tennis club, The Los Monteros Hotel facilities, Golf Club restaurants & bars plus beach restaurants & bars. The beach is one of the best along that stretch of coastline. There is a supermarket at El Rosario – just a short drive away.

A damages deposit of one third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the apartment, after taking into account any breakages or damage.
