The house is situated beachside of El Rosario, between Los Monteros and Don Carlos hotels. The beach is just four minutes walk, local shop and supermarket six minutes and El Casco tennis club (best claycourt centre on the coast with 10 courts for hire) is seven minutes walk. The centre of Marbella is a short bus ride away or less than ten minutes by car. Malaga airport is only thirty five minutes away. There are also three golf courses within very easy reach of the villa.

The house was extensively refurbished a few years ago by the present owners and is decorated in rustic style with terracotta floors and terraces. Accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa housing a party of eight.

From the terraces on the first floor, there is a fantastic sea view and you can see Africa and Gibraltar.

A returnable deposit of £300 against breakages is required. The villa is available throughout the year and makes an ideal villa for winter or summer rental, accommodating up to eight people. The villa is a fully functional family home and as such, is very fully equipped.

The villa is serviced once a week with extra maid service available at extra cost.
