The villa is located in a prestigious residential area very close to the Atalaya Park Hotel and beach just a few meters away. The local supermarket and shops are a short stroll taking about 10 minutes.

The villa has a beautiful mature garden with a wood burning barbeque area for dinning. There is a lovely heart shaped swimming pool with a diving board, and out door shower. There is a garage for 1 or 2 small cars. The villa is serviced once a week and the swimming pool twice a week.

 

All the facilities of a four star hotel, good restaurants and day time attractions for the children, shops and night time entertainment are all close by at the Atalaya Park Hotel. San Pedro is 2 Km away, Puerto Banus 6 Km and Marbella 8 Km, each has a beach, shopping centre and night time attractions. Malaga Airport is about an hour’s drive away. Also very close to the villa are some of the best golf courses in Europe.
