Patio doors from lounge lead onto patio and garden, your pool is only 5 metres away (ideal for keeping a eye on children). Entrance to the property is through gated security, entry by secure phone system and covered car parking outside your front door.



FURTHER DETAILS:
Los Naranjos is in the heart of the golf valley of Marbella. It has a superb choice of the finest restaurants in Europe and golfers are spoilt for choice. If you are not a golfer, you can drive the 10 minutes to the famous Puerto Banus with its yacht harbour, fashion shops and restaurants, a must for all visitors, or take a tour round the "old" (white) Marbella - it's well worth the effort. Of course there are beaches, beach bars and turquoise seas to make your holiday in Spain unforgettable.

Do you ski? Well now you can sunbathe and ski on the same holiday. The Sierra Nevada mountains are only two and a half hours drive from Los Naranjos. You can hire all the necessary ski equipment you need. The best months are Jan/Feb/March, the skiing is excellent.


 

RENTAL PRICES PER WEEK 2005 (IN UK POUNDS)

 

CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday. Access is after 12 noon on arrival and vacation is 12 noon on departure

BOOKING NOTES: A non-returnable deposit of 30% is required on booking, extra guests - price on application. Full balance paid 10 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 10 weeks of departure, the full payment must be made when booking.

A returnable damage deposit of £200 is required. This is normally returned to you within 2 weeks.
