Following on from 2015 where the Costa del Sol had a record number of visitors, we have seen a massive increase of bookings taken recently, not seen since before 9/11…an event that changed the world.
We have clients requesting and booking properties right across the board, from small apartments to high end villas and for those clients who may decide to wait and book at the last minute hoping to strike a deal, we firmly believe they will not find a villa at all. We had just such a scenario in 2015 for some clients.
We have some clients who have booked villas for a whole month during the summer. Booking early has given them that option, for in just a couple of weeks time, it will become harder to find anything with that much availability.
Our advice has always been and remains: Book your holiday rental villa early for the best options.
