Here in southern Spain over the Christmas period, everywhere you look there are beautiful Christmas lighting displays… The major towns displays are simply magical and even in the side streets and many roundabouts on roads almost in the middle of nowhere, there are beautiful lights and displays to be seen.
So last night we went to San Pedro which is close to Puerto Banus to see the Christmas lights and took a few pictures, which are added to this post.
The weather is mild with daytime temperatures reaching up to 20 degrees this year… Night time temperatures at the moment are around 12 degrees, which certainly is not cold.
With Costa del Sol villa rental prices being more competitive than during the summer months, the winter months is a great time to visit southern Spain. The weather is great, the shops stay open late and the festive atmosphere is excellent…. Thats one of the many reasons we chose to live here!
