Villa Xanda is a beautiful, large villa located in the privileged and quiet area of Guadalmina. With a very large garden and swimming pool, the house overlooks the Guadalmina golf course. The villa sleeps 8 persons in four good sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom plus one smaller bedroom and there is the capacity for a further 2 persons to be accommodated in the self-contained annexed pool house.
There is a very large kitchen, the dining and lounge area are open plan and leads to a small, pretty courtyard on one side of the house and the big garden on the other. The large swimming pool is a feature of the beautiful garden and has roman steps at the shallow end.
