Villa Oceana is a stunning, luxurious, ornately decorated, air conditioned villa located just 350 metres or a five minute walk from the beach, nine minute walk from the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara, five minute drive from Puerto Banus and ten minutes from Marbella. On the beach there is a 17 Kilometre promenade or paseo for lovely long walks with numerous beach bars along the way. If you like golf, in the Marbella area there are 34 golf courses!
There is car parking for two cars in a garage and a further two cars on the ramp leading to the garage.
There is a beautiful 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a BBQ area with two types of BBQ and ample outdoor seating and lounging in the lushly flowered garden. The inside of the house has more than adequate seating for indoor dining and lounging. One of the unique features of this magnificent villa is that it boasts a winery with a beautiful table seating 12 as well as sofas and TV system.
